After taking the time to ensure we fully understand the brief from the outset, we then filter CV’s, moving on to telephone screen every potential candidate.
During the telephone screening process, we take our time to really dig around in the candidate’s background – what have they worked on; what were their contributions in previous roles; what technologies they have used and for how long; are their conflicting dates or information in their CV.
Not only do we confirm skills and experience, we also get to know the candidate as a person. What are their needs and desires; where do they see their career developing; what personality type are they. In essence, are they the right ‘fit’ for both the role and the company?
