What are the benefits for you?
Not only can the Performance Monitoring Report help keep track of all candidates, it is also a useful tool in identifying areas of improvement. If we have sent you 4 CV’s and you don’t select any of those candidates for interview, something is wrong and we need to discuss the role requirements again with you.
Equally, if we see that we’re sending suitable candidates but that feedback is slow or not forthcoming, we would need to highlight this to you, the client, and help you ensure you secure the best
candidates by moving at a pace fitting to the market.
