How does a Managed Agency Agreement work?
Managed Agency Agreements work best for employers who are growing and/or recruiting on a regular consistent basis.
Service 1st will send one of their experienced consultant’s to meet with you, ascertain your recruitment needs and get to know your business inside out.
Service 1st will then work with you to agree a Managed Agency Agreement that will provide the right fit for all parties. Ordinarily, this will consist of a monthly retainer fee paid to Service 1st along with a decreased fee percentage on all placements made. These fees will be fixed for a set period and easily manageable by you.
Service 1st will be the sole point of contact for all your recruitment needs. If we cannot fill the vacancy ourselves, we will liaise with and manage second tier agencies. Service 1st will ensure all other agencies understand the job and person specification for each vacancy, provide a high calibre of candidate and positively represent the company to all candidates.
